Activities
When your four-legged family member packs an overnight bag and enjoys a canine slumber party, there are plenty of activities to nurture the mind as well as the body. These activities are optional additions for your camper's overnight stay. You may add these activities when you speak with the front desk at check in. There is an extra cost due to the need to allow time and staff to perform the activities.
Bedtime Story
Bedtime Stories are a favorite amongst the campers and the counselors alike. A bedtime story is one-on-one snuggle time with the counselors and allows the camper to get 5-10 minutes of attention and love just before bed. At the end of the day, once everyone has gone out for their last playtime... bedtime stories begin. The counselors lay in the camper’s bed with them for a calm and quiet snuggle session, helping them settle in for the night. This activity is for the camper that enjoys being rubbed, kissed, and loved on. After this activity the lights go out for a great nights sleep!
Most of our campers enjoy evening bonding time at home, and since this is a second home to so many campers, they expect nothing less! Bedtime Story is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. It is $5 per night and if a family is sharing a room, then all campers get the benefit of the activity.
Campfire
Camp Fire is a group activity offered on Tuesday and Friday nights. This activity is a chance for campers to stretch their legs and get a little more social time. Campers will head down to our grassy field area, Barker's Hill and have time to explore, sniff, and romp. Also the campers will be getting some extra counselor time. Camp Fire is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $8 per camper.
Comfort Massage
Comfort Massage is a relaxing, soft method massage for campers — not a deep tissue massage. This eases a long day of play and helps many campers relax for the night and prepare for another long day of playing with their friends. Campers enjoy the one-on-one time and consider it a belly rubbin', shoulder scratchin', roll-around GREAT time! Soft mats and loving hands put the camper in a nice relaxed state! Comfort Massage is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $15 per camper.
Fetch n' Run
Fetch n’ Run is a great individual activity for the highly intelligent and active camper. Campers go to the large grassy field area, Barker's Hill, and play ball or frisbee, whichever they prefer. This is great for physical activity and for helping to develop confidence. The campers dictate the speed of the game and are praised whether they catch and fetch or just run around wildly making their counselor fetch! Siblings may enjoy this activity together or separately. Fetch n' Runs are available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $15 per camper, siblings added on to this activity get a discounted rate of $7.50.
Gym Class
Gym Class is a group activity that is great for active campers as well as campers that could use a little motivation to get active. Campers go to one of our indoor playrooms for an interactive game with their counselor and camper friends. Gym class provides great, concentrated, physical activity that promotes focus, confidence, and energy! Each class is different, but all classes are fun! Gym Class is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $10 per camper.
Mountain Hike
Mountain Hikes are a favorite at Camp! Before leaving the safety of the secured Camp perimeter the campers get double leashed with harnesses and martingale collars for safety. Hikes are always one counselor with one camper, we do not hike multiple campers at the same time. Staff also double checks their radio communication. Once a safety check of equipment is in place…off they go. Although we do not have “real” mountains, we have a mini mountain (okay a steep hill, but don’t tell them). The hill runs on the backside of our property alongside a creek that many take advantage of by going right in for a great water experience. Campers enjoy smelling nature, trailing critters, cooling in the creek water, and exploring. For less able campers, the counselors can stick to the side walk and have a smoother walking experience with all the same interesting smells! Mountain Hike is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $15 per camper.
Movie Night
Movie Nights are a group activity offered on Wednesday and Saturday nights only. This is an activity for camper pals to gather in the Community Room or Gym and throw on a movie. Can’t forget the popcorn… the campers sure don't! Campers enjoy time with counselors and pals while munching a popcorn treat. Movie Night is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $8 per camper.

All movies are pre-screened by the staff and are guaranteed to be age appropriate for all age campers!
Pool Time
Pool time will get your camper excited for some fun and fabulous exercise. Swimming is a wonderful low-impact activity for campers of all ages. Our “big pool” is large enough for campers to jump in or they can use the stairs to ease their way into the pool and swim around. We offer pool time to all campers, but only those interested in swimming will take part in this activity. (Campers are never forced to swim!) We have a counselor in the pool as a lifeguard and counselors outside of the pool to ensure that everyone is safe and obeying the pool rules. Campers can also use life jackets to get used to swimming if it is their first time in the pool.

The pool is generally open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend every summer. All campers (daycare and overnight) will get the opportunity to swim in the afternoon with their playgroup.

Pool time is part of our daily routine in the summer and there is no charge for participation. However, we do offer Private Pool Time for a one on one session in the pool. Private Pool Time is available to overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. This activity is $15 per camper.
Work Out Package
If you have an active camper who loves a lot of extra time running around and needs some extra counselor time too, then give them a real treat and purchase the Workout Package! The Workout Package will give you one of each of the following activities:

Purchasing this as a bundle will give you all of these activities for a discounted bundle rate of $40. Please note, this is only available for longer visits so that we can fit everything into their stay.
Barker's Bite & Kong Treats
Pamper your camper with a special treat made by their counselors! Barker's Bites are our homemade treats that the counselors lovingly make. We have a variety of options with different proteins, sure to make your camper happy! You may purchase up to one treat per day per camper.
Kong treats will make your camper jump for joy. We will add some tasty treats and/or some peanut butter to a Kong for your camper to have a lip-licking good time. You may purchase up to one Kong per day per camper.
Both Barker's Bites and Kong treats are available for our overnight campers and can be scheduled at check-in. These treats are $2 per treat.
Photo Safari
Do you want to see your amazing camper having a fabulous time at Camp? Sign your camper up for a photo safari! A photo safari will give you pictures of your camper during their stay, you will get to see them with their pals and during their activities too! You may also get some special photo shoot sessions with our amazing Camp photographer. We offer a Photo Safari with 50 pictures for $25 or Mini Photo Safari with 20 pictures for $15. Campers must be visiting for three nights or more to schedule a photo safari.

There are two ways to receive a photo, one being through Facebook Messenger and the other being on a USB at pick up. Provide the USB yourself for free, or purchase a USB for $5.

Please note that not all campers may be a fan of modelling for photos. Camp may have to reduce a photo safari from a regular to a mini or refund it if the camper is not compliant.
Birthday Party
Is it your camper's birthday? We would love to celebrate with them at Camp! A Camp Canine Birthday Party is a celebration with your camper and their friends. The counselors will choose the party guests and conduct a small get together with party hats and tasty treats. Parents are encouraged to provide some treats or a cake for this event. Purchasing a birthday party will guarantee parents some party pictures. A Birthday Party is available to overnight campers, but must be scheduled a week ahead of their overnight through an email request. Daycare campers maybe able to sign up for this depending on our availability and schedule. This activity is $25 per party.

There is limited availability for reserving a birthday party, because the pawfect pawty takes time to plan and throw! Scheduling will depend on staff availability for the event.
