Bedtime Stories are a favorite at Camp Canine. This allows the camper to get 5-10 minutes one-on-one time just before bedtime. Once everyone has gone for their last playtime between 8pm and 9pm and the cleaning is done….bedtime stories begin. The counselors lay in the camper’s bed with them and talk about what a great time they are having at camp and that tomorrow is another full day of fun. This activity is not for the camper that does not enjoy being rubbed, kissed, and loved on. After this activity the lights go out for a great night sleep!

 

Availability: Available for overnight campers Request: Specify the desired nights at check-in Campers love the bedtime stories and think of it as another little slice of home. Most of our campers enjoy evening bonding time at home, and since this is a second home to so many campers, they expect nothing less! But, truth be told, the campers are generally tired from a full play day and may not be awake to listen to the counselor for the entire time!
