Registration. If you require credentials to allow access to the Members Only section, select Registration Please. If your email client supports it, an email window opens and is already populated. Just enter your full name in the Subject line and click Submit. Otherwise, send an email with your full name in the subject line and request credentials.		ID Please. If you already have valid credentials to access the Members Only section, click ID Please. A window opens to allow you to enter your User Name and Password. Once you are successfully authenticated, you can browse and download the information available only to members.
